Playworks Team Building Philippines recently facilitated an engaging and action-filled team building program for the Philippine National Police (PNP) Finance Service at Playfarm Tagaytay, Playworks’ very own outdoor team building venue.
Working in a service where accuracy, accountability, coordination, and trust are essential, the PNP Finance Service team took on a series of experiential challenges designed to strengthen communication, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration. Away from their usual work environment, participants had the opportunity to connect with colleagues, build camaraderie, and discover new ways of working together.
