Discovering Team Strengths with CliftonStrengths at Club Balai Isabel

With picturesque views of Taal Volcano, Club Balai Isabel provided the setting for a corporate team’s CliftonStrengths Team Discovery Program with Playworks. Participants stepped away from everyday responsibilities to explore their natural talents and better understand what each person brings to the team.
Facilitated by Nikki Aguila, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Playworks facilitator, the session connected participants’ CliftonStrengths results to their experiences as colleagues and teammates.
What is CliftonStrengths?
Decades of research studying leaders and top performers in top organizations around the globe, Gallup has narrowed down 34 different traits of Successful People.
By taking the CliftonStrengths assessment, your team can find out which of these 34 traits are actually their own.
What is Team Strengths Course?
The Team Strengths course, is a 4-6 hour workshop that focuses on maximizing each individual strength and how they can best combine with those of their team mates. The course is curated such that there are self-realizations and lively discussion, not just book definitions, that bring your Strengths to life.
By the end of this course, your team should have a clear understanding of how to use their Strengths towards achieving the team’s goal.
