Why CliftonStrengths®?

CliftonStrengths® is an assessment developed by Gallup used by leading organizations around the world, that helps people identify their natural talents - the ways they tend to think, feel and behave. It provides a shared language for understanding what each person brings to a team.

Through practice and development, these talents can become strengths that people use effectively at work. Playworks has Global CliftonStrengths® Coaches certified by Gallup, to help participants understand their talents, build stronger partnerships and turn their strengths into everyday team practices.
