Yamojo Builds Stronger Connections with Playworks at Estancia de Lorenzo, Rizal

Playworks Team Building Philippines recently partnered with Yamojo, an Australian company with a growing team in the Philippines, for a powerful and meaningful team building experience at Estancia de Lorenzo in Rizal. With their new CEO James Linton flying in to personally connect and bond with the Philippine Team, the event centered around the theme: "Stronger Links, Stronger Teams."



Set in the cool mountains of Rizal, the program featured strategic problem-solving games, empathy-building activities, adn reflective discussions designed to help employees understand one another better and strengthen workplace  relationships. Playworks crafted each activity to align with Yamojo's goals of improving collaboration, communication, and shared ownership within a rapidly growing team.

As the day progressed, participants put their teamwork skills into action through physical games overlooking the scenic Rizal mountains, with the golden sunset illuminating the Metro Manila skyline in the distance. In a picture-perfect moment that felt symbolic of new beginnings, a rainbow appeared closing the day with a sense of unity and optimism for the team's journey ahead.
