Interstaff, a company dedicated to transforming lives one nurse at a time, partnered with Playworks for a high-energy, purpose-driven team building experience in Bonifacio Global City. And it wasn’t just any race—it was a carefully curated journey that mirrored their values of empowerment, connection, and growth.
Our Amazing Race-style challenge took teams through exciting stations, including the ROX Rock Climbing Gym and Padel Manila, pushing participants to overcome obstacles, communicate with intention, and lean on each other for success.
Just like the nurses they champion across borders, the Interstaff team demonstrated resilience, unity, and purpose. Every challenge completed was a step closer—not just to the finish line—but to becoming a more cohesive, inspired team.
